Stored emotion
When emotions have been pushed down for years, they often show up as pressure, withdrawal, overwhelm, or a constant inner tightness.
Full-Day Workshop with Coach Erik
This workshop is an intensive experiential space for men who are done only thinking about change and are ready to meet themselves more honestly. Through reflection, group work, somatic practices, forgiveness work, and a deep breathwork experience, the day is designed to move, clarify, and open something real inside you.
What this workshop touches
This workshop goes straight into the themes many men carry for years: emotional suppression, shame, anger, protective masks, difficulty receiving support, and the deeper question of how to meet yourself honestly.
When emotions have been pushed down for years, they often show up as pressure, withdrawal, overwhelm, or a constant inner tightness.
Many men learn to function through images of strength, control, or hardness and lose touch with what they are actually feeling.
What you most want to hide can quietly shape your relationships, your self-worth, and your life decisions.
Anger is often only the surface. Underneath it there may be grief, fear, helplessness, or pain that has never been fully felt.
How the day flows
The day begins with an intentional opening, practical orientation, and a calm atmosphere that helps the nervous system settle into safety.
Through guided questions you begin to look at what shaped you, how you cope with difficult emotion, and which patterns are still running your life.
You move toward the roles, defences, and hidden truths that may have protected you once but are no longer serving your life now.
The workshop also explores your capacity to receive support, open to connection, and meet anger in a more conscious and healthy way.
Through forgiveness work and symbolic release, the day creates space to loosen the grip of the past and reclaim more freedom inside yourself.
The closing breathwork experience is designed to support emotional release, insight, and reconnection, followed by conscious grounding and integration.
What this day can support
This is not a motivational event. It is an experiential space designed to help you feel yourself more clearly and move something real.
Who holds the space
I do not hold this workshop as a theory-heavy seminar. I hold it as a deliberate space for real experience. For me, the aim is to bring together safety, clarity, and depth so men do not only open, but feel held while they open.
The day moves through pattern awareness, shame, anger, forgiveness, connection, and breathwork. Everything is designed to help you not only understand yourself better, but feel in your body and nervous system what is asking to change.
My intention is that you do not leave with more information alone, but with more honesty, more connection to yourself, and a felt shift that can keep unfolding after the workshop ends.
Is this for you
You do not need to know exactly how to fix everything. But it helps if you can feel that it is time to meet yourself more honestly.
A lot inside you feels tight, controlled, or held back, even if from the outside life still looks mostly fine.
You are tired of keeping up roles, trying to look strong, or losing yourself in habits that are no longer good for you.
You are not looking for surface-level inspiration. You want a space where something real can be seen, felt, and released.
This workshop can move something. It helps if you are willing to give yourself time afterwards to integrate what opens up.
