How the process is structured
The Inner Path is designed to take you deeper into contact with yourself, one week at a time.
Week 1 - Self-trust & inner safety
You begin rebuilding trust in yourself, not through force or discipline, but through honest, doable steps. Real safety grows when you become reliable to yourself.
Week 2 - Energy & awareness
You start noticing how your energy actually moves, and where you override yourself, disconnect, or slip into overwhelm.
Week 3 - Conditioning & early patterns
You begin to understand where your reactions were shaped. Not to assign blame, but to bring more clarity and compassion.
Week 4 - Shadow Work & responsibility
You meet the parts of yourself you have hidden, rejected, or pushed down, and learn to take responsibility for them instead of unconsciously acting them out.
Week 5 - Forgiveness & letting go
You begin releasing emotional weight toward yourself and others. Not because everything was okay, but because you are ready to stop carrying it forward.
Week 6 - Alignment, Abundance & vision
Clarity begins to emerge from the inner work. You stop building your life around expectations and start aligning it with what actually feels true.
