What you were never allowed to feel does not disappear. It lives in the body as tension, old emotion, unspoken truth, and sometimes even grief for an earlier version of yourself that carried you through what it had to.
When emotions are not felt, they do not disappear. They show up through tension, reactions, relationship patterns, and the way you relate to yourself under pressure.
In this space, you do not need to explain yourself or hold it all together. Without judgment or performance, the body can finally express what the mind has been trying to control.
When held emotion begins to move, space opens for clarity, connection, inner peace, and a softer relationship with yourself.
This disconnection was learned.
Which means it can also be undone.
